The tourist season in our area is from June through September. Prices drop significantly after that since it is significantly colder in this part of Florida during the Winter months. The following is the climate data for the area published by the tourist commission and is slightly skewed since it is probably hotter than the mentioned temperatures for the summer and colder than the mentioned temperatures for the winter.
